Project Overview Smart Meniu is an in-house digital product developed by Vital Soft, designed to simplify menu management for restaurants, bars, and cafes. The platform allows businesses to create and manage digital menus accessible through QR codes, eliminating the need for printed menus and making updates fast and easy. It also helps restaurants improve the customer experience through AI-powered menu recommendations and an automated feedback system. The Challenge Restaurants needed a simple way to manage menus digitally, update items quickly, and provide customers with a contactless and accessible menu experience. They also needed better ways to help guests choose from the menu and collect valuable customer feedback. Our Solution Vital Soft developed Smart Meniu as a user-friendly platform that allows restaurant owners to easily create, update, and organize digital menus without technical knowledge. Customers can access menus instantly by scanning a QR code with their smartphone or tablet. The platform also includes an AI recommendations assistant that helps guests choose dishes based on the restaurant's own recommendations, pairing guide, and chef's picks, as well as a customer feedback system that intelligently routes positive and negative reviews.
