Project Overview SmartMeniu AI Agent is an AI-powered assistant integrated into digital restaurant menus, helping customers choose the right dishes based on their preferences and questions. The solution can be configured for any restaurant, giving businesses full control over the recommendations the AI assistant is allowed to make. The Challenge Customers can sometimes find it difficult to choose between multiple dishes, especially when menus contain a wide variety of options. Restaurants need a simple way to provide personalized recommendations while maintaining control over which products and recommendations are promoted. Our Solution The Vital Soft team developed the AI Agent for SmartMeniu.ro, a configurable assistant that can be adapted to any restaurant. Restaurants can activate the assistant directly in their public menu, customize its displayed name, upload their own recommendation guidelines in PDF format, and select the chef's preferred dishes.
